Sikhote Alin Meteorite fragments

The Sikhote-Alin meteor was observed to fall in 1947, this was one the largest Meteorite mass to survive entering the atmosphere in recorded history with the primary mass weighing in at over 23 tonnes, although much smaller than the proposed 100 tonnes it may have weighed before entering the atmosphere.  

These smaller pieces "exploded" from the mass later in the descent forming interesting uniquely shaped pieces.
