This tooth belongs to an extinct genus of hippopotamus native to Indonesia Hexaprotodon, likely H. sivajavanicus.  This species exhibited insular dwarfism, where a species isolated on an island evolves to be much smaller than other members of their family often due to lack of predators or scarcity of food.
