The genus Tyrannosaur contained the most famous of all dinosaurs the T-Rex. This tooth is believed to have came from a juvenile of this species, collected in the Hell's creek formation USA.
The T-Rex was an up to 12m long 8 tonne therapod dinosaur existing during the Upper Cretaceous 68-66 million years ago making it one of the last non Avian dinosaurs to exist.
